Total Surrogacy Cost: 38K+

Our surrogacy agency will find a surrogate for you from around the country. We match the Intended Parents with Surrogates from the states where surrogacy is legal and Pre-Birth Orders are issued. We offer services in two locations: in New York City and in Philadelphia. We conduct free over the phone consultations for the Intended Parents. We work with married couples, gay couples, and single intended parents from the United States and Internationally. Review French, Spanish, Italian, and German versions of our site. We devote a lot of time to each of our cases and someone is always available to assist you. We have numerous surrogates and egg donors in our database. Usually we can have you matched with a surrogate or egg donor in 2 weeks or less. In some cases, we can have you matched as soon as the same day.

We offer affordable IVF cycle - $5700, including ICSI, and $11300 IVF /Donor cycle, incluiding ICSI.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Surrogacy Fees and Expenses:

Agency Fee: Matching	$1000
($200 due upon signing agency contract, $800 due upon positive selection of surrogate).
Agency Fee: Surrogacy Contract	$500	if needed
Agency Fee: IVF Cycle Management	$500	if needed
Agency Fee: MOnthly Case Management	$400	per month, if needed
Legal Fee: Pre-Birth Order	$2000-3000	if needed

Surrogate Compensation:	$22000 and up
(Experienced surrogate may request a higher fee) This is paid to the surrogate monthly throughout the pregnancy. It starts following the confirmation of pregnancy.

Multiples fee:	$5000
For each additional baby

Monthly Allowance:	$200
Some surrogate?s request this allowance and some do not. Instead of having an itemized list of costs; this fee includes reimbursements for mileage, postage, faxes, fed-ex charges, housekeeping, childcare, and miscellaneous charges such as pregnancy test kits, vitamins, etc. It begins at contract signing and continues through one month after the birth.

Maternity Clothing Allowance	$500 ($750 for multiples)
Some surrogate?s request this allowance and some do not. Instead of having an itemized list of costs; this fee includes reimbursements for mileage, postage, faxes, fed-ex charges, housekeeping, childcare, and miscellaneous charges such as pregnancy test kits, vitamins, etc. It begins at contract signing and continues through one month after the birth.

Embryo Transfer Fee	$500
Paid after each embryo transfer procedure to compensate the surrogate for discomfort associated with the procedure. It also compensates for her bedrest.

Invasive Procedures	$500
Surrogate shall receive $500 per procedure for amniocentesis or other prenatal diagnostic testing, early termination procedures, fetal reduction, or ectopic pregnancy to compensate for the discomfort associated with the above procedures.

C-Section	$1500
Surrogate will receive an additional $1500 at the time of delivery if she is required to deliver via cesarean section to help compensate for the additional pain and suffering, added risks, and longer recovery time.

Lost Wages
Lost wages are always based on actual costs. Surrogate?s that work will have to provide pay stubs to agency.

Medical Insurance
Most of our Surrogates have their own medical insurance, however, in some cases, they may not. Medical Insurance costs range from $200-$500/month if the surrogate does not have her own (surrogate friendly) insurance. Medical insurance premiums are paid for approximately 15 months.

Life Insurance	$300 approx
$250,000 term policy for surrogate in case of accidental death. If travel is required, all hotel, airfare, meals, and transportation will be paid for by the Intended Parents.

Fees for Egg Donation

Donor Compensation	$5000 and up

Legal Fees	$200
This fee includes drafting egg donor contract, contract review by egg donor?s attorney, managing the escrow account, corresponding with attorney

Psychological Evaluations	$200 and up
This fee includes drafting surrogacy contract, contract review by surrogate?s attorney, managing the escrow account, corresponding with attorney, pre-birth orders or adoption work.

Agency Fee for Egg Donation	$500
$3000 due upon signing agency retainer

Since our surrogate agency is located in Pennsylvania, most of our surrogates and gestational carriers come from Pennsylvania. Surrogacy is legal in the state of Pennsylvania and Courts routinely issue the pre-Birth Orders. In Pennsylvania, the Intended Parents will obtain child's birth certificate into their own names, following the pre-Birth order. Please, review surrogacy laws in Pennsylvania and all other states in the USA.

We work with Surrogates who are under 35, have their own kids, healthy, reliable, and honest. Most of our surrogates work in medical fields and have training in nursing or medical field. Surrogate NY: In New York, Surrogacy law is highly restrictive. Compensated surrogacy is prohibited in New York State. Our surrogacy agency conducts consultations in our New York office that educates the Intended Parents on surrogate alternatives. We match the Intended Parents with Surrogates who reside in surrogacy friendly states only.

Surrogate NJ: We match New York and New Jersey Intended Parents with Surrogates from the nearby states, such as PA, MD, CT, MA, OH. We encourage establishing positive relationship between surrogate and Intended Parents.
Surrogate PA: In PA, surrogacy is legal, in most counties the Judge will issue a Pre-Birth Order
