ReproTek works with families and individuals from Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zeland, Russia, Ukraine, and Israel.

In order to start working with our agency, please, follow the steps:

1.   Download the application form.  
2.   Contact the office to discuss the arrangement details.  We offer free one our consulation.
3.   Complete health screening.  Normally IVF clinics in the USA requires tests for all Sexually Transmitted diseases, and sperm analysis.  We will provide you with exact list of tests.
4.   Our agency will assist you with negotiating contract with your Surrogate Mother and Egg Donor ( if needed)
5.  IVF clinics require over first consultation for the Intended Parents and Surrogate Mother.  Normally, it is done separately.  Some clinics allow over the phone initial consultation.   They conduct consultations in English.  
6.  We strongly recommend that the Intended Father comes in person for fresh IVF cycle for better success .
7.   IVF Cost in the USA:  Average IVF cost is $10 000- 12000, including medication.   Some clinics may charge up to $20000 for an IVF.      It is not mean  that higher costs mean higher success rate.
8.   Selecting an Egg Donor.  Our agency will offer you an egg donor (s).   The average egg donor 's fee is $5000.  
9.   The Agency is responsible for IVF cycle management.  We will arrange travel, tests, monitoring, etc for your Surrogate and Donor
10. The Agency will be managing pregnancy and delivery
11.  The Agency will assist to obtain Birth Certificate for the baby and all necessary documents for your Consulate

SERVICE FEES: FOR NONE  USA PATIENTS ONLY

Our payment fees and structure are different for None USA patients, mostly because foreign cases

Require FULL Case Management, since the Intended Parents are not available for help in the USA

$1000.00         - Matching fees for either Gestational Carrier Surrogate or an Egg Donor.

  Applied for one year since signing a Contract with the Agency.

                          In case your surrogate becomes non-available for ANY reasons, we

$1500.00         - Traditional Surrogate search fee

$1500.00         - Matching fees for Surrogate Mother+Egg Donor

Free                 - Contract Fee (Surrogacy)

Free                - Psychosocial Evaluation for the Surrogate , done by licensed Social Worker

$500.00                       -  IVF Cycle Management fee

$500.00 a month          -  Case management and psychotherapy for surrogate ( if necessary ).

$1000-2000                 Legal  Fees:  Birth Recording ( if necessary, mostly in cases of Gestational

                                    Surrogacy)  depends on state where birth occurred

$3000              - “Special Search” fees for Egg Donor, when good looking/educated donor needed
