We work with the surrogates from all states where compensated surrogacy is legal and where Courts issue pre-birth orders into the names of the Intended Parents, Many surrogates and gestational carriers come from Pennsylvania. Surrogacy is legal in the state of Pennsylvania and Courts routinely issue the pre-Birth Orders. In Pennsylvania, the Intended Parents will obtain child's birth certificate into their own names, following the pre-Birth order.
