Since our surrogate agency is located in Pennsylvania, most of our gestational carriers come from Pennsylvania, but we may provide assistance in finding a surrogate from any other state in the USA where Surrogacy is legal.
Surrogacy is legal in the state of Pennsylvania and Courts routinely issue the pre-Birth Orders. In Pennsylvania, the Intended Parents will obtain child's birth certificate into their own names, following the pre-Birth order. Married couples, Single Intended Mothers, and Single Intended Fathers may obtain child' birth certificate issued in their name (s) only.
